Our process starts with an upfront, non-refundable retainer depending on the size and complexity of the business. From there, we work closely with the business owner to understand the key points of interest in their ideal transaction—whether buying or selling.
We search for potential matches without revealing your business’s name. Once we identify a suitable candidate, we provide a high-level, 10,000-foot overview of the potential opportunity. If both parties are still interested, we arrange for an NDA to be signed before sharing further details.
We ensure the client is comfortable with the match before making a formal introduction. After that, clients can decide how much additional support they need, billed at an hourly rate. We also collaborate with legal, bookkeeping, and other professionals to provide evaluation and transaction support as needed.
If the initial retainer is used up, further services are billed weekly on a per-hour basis. Clients can stop working with us at any time.
